The Shergroup select claimIT
The Shergroup have selected and installed a multi-user claimIT Debt Recovery & Litigation System to form the central hub for their new extended service for SLC clients.
The Shergroup is unique in that they are both Solicitors and High Court Enforcement Officers who specialise in the enforcement of court judgments.
Their initial mission was to make the rules on enforcement easier to understand, and to make the choices on enforcement more visible to all types of court user. They now want to expand their outsourcing service to allow clients to enforce judgments using their extended range of options.
